D-Type version 0.3 live!

Hi! Never did a launch devlog message, but here are the newest patch! 
What highscore did you get?

Version 0.3 is live! 

• Fixed bug where powerup runs out too early when picking up the same powerup again before the first one runs out. (speed boost and tripple shot)
• Fixed bug where player speed doubles a second time when picking up speed boost, this should now only extend the time, not double the doubled speed.

• Fixed hitboxes of player and enemies.
